Welcome to the blog :-)
Good question!...Hi Carolyn! Welcome to the blog :-)
Good question! If it is St Chrysanthus he is always linked with St Daria so as you say very unlikely to have one without the other. Also any relics Fulk may have brought back with him will almost certainly have been destroyed during the French Revolution, if not earlier.

As to the clothing-- looks to be cheap-ish silver and gold cloth. Rather shiny and a bit garish.Niall & Antoinettehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12699304108340257145noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-771539132515843977.post-63068619341959512772011-05-03T04:15:46.912+02:002011-05-03T04:15:46.912+02:00According to wikipedia, relics of Saints Chrysanth...According to wikipedia, relics of Saints Chrysanthus and Daria were given to the abbey. There's a slim chance the guy with the sandals might be meant to represent him, but if so, where is she?

What's the material of his tunic? It looks like cellophane, but it can't be (can it?).Carolynnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-771539132515843977.post-62554326020377055262011-04-29T20:52:27.294+02:002011-04-29T20:52:27.294+02:00@Craig: it is indeed fun :-)!

Like Antionette, I suspect is a representation of St Martin. We'll probably all be really disappointed if we do ever find out.Susanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06472449597146519943noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-771539132515843977.post-27592821500621148272011-04-29T15:10:52.462+02:002011-04-29T15:10:52.462+02:00Isn't he meant to be a warrior figure, with th...Isn't he meant to be a warrior figure, with the feet on a sheild?Timhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16439261142732764451noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-771539132515843977.post-2831937126052182011-04-29T08:11:36.569+02:002011-04-29T08:11:36.569+02:00But what fun you had trying to discover who it was...But what fun you had trying to discover who it was.
